IT’S GAME DAY!! Charge On, Knights!
The John C. Hitt Library is closing at 5:00 pm today so we can make it to the stadium to cheer on our Knights. All other UCF Libraries are closing at 2:00 pm.
Campus buildings will close at 3.00 p.m. on Thursday, November 1, to make way for the traffic and excitement of UCF Knights football. But your John C. Hitt Library will remain open until 5.00 p.m. for as much reading, researching, studying, writing, and teamwork as you can fit in after your classes are over at 3.00. You will have plenty of time to get over to the stadium to tailgate before the band marches in for the 7.30 p.m. kickoff. Our undefeated Knights will face the Temple Owls. A well-balanced Knight blends fun, friends, and the life of the mind, right?

Saturday, September 29, the Knights kick off at 3.30 p.m. in Bright House Stadium against the University of Pittsburgh Panthers.
You can get a lot of work done in the John C. Hitt Library before then! The library opens at 9.00 a.m., giving you plenty of time for library research, reading, writing, collaborating, reflecting, followed by tailgating, listening to the marching band, and taking a seat in the stadium for kickoff.
No excuses, Knights!

Friday, September 21 is another exciting gameday for the UCF Knights. Although classes will end, and most of campus will close at 2.30 p.m., the John C. Hitt Library will remain open until 5.00 p.m., giving students a chance to get a head start on research, reading, writing and homework before the weekend begins.
Kickoff against Lane Kiffin’s Florida Atlantic University Owls is scheduled for 7.00 p.m. Come on over for a little bit of study before you tailgate, see the Knights’ outstanding marching band, and head to Spectrum Stadium for a memorable Friday night. Then it’s Knights under the lights!

Hours at the UCF Libraries on Gameday, Thursday, August 31 are listed below. Kickoff at Spectrum Stadium is at 6:00 p.m., so hard-working, Library-using, hard-studying, relentlessly researching Knights have plenty of time to meet tailgating friends and see the start of the game.
