24 hour studying in the John C. Hitt Library
All Libraries Posted: April 19th, 2019For the first time, the John C. Hitt Library will trial round-the-clock hours for finals week. In the past, the library remained open until 3.00 a.m. for most of finals week.
The John C. Hitt Library will be open from 7.30 a.m. on Monday, April 22 to 10.00 p.m. Friday, April 26.
On Saturday, April 27, the library will be open from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
The library will be open from noon on Sunday, April 28 to 10.00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30.
Discussions with Student Government led to this pilot for increasing the extended hours. 24 hour study facilities in the library are planned in future phases of construction on the 21st Century Library project.
