Rosen Faculty Lines
Vol. 3, No. 11 | November 2011
Search for a Librarian
As mentioned in a recent email, we are currently conducting a search for a full-time Public Services Librarian. We are looking forward to filling this vital role, which has been vacant for several years. This librarian will work closely with students as well as with faculty, with primary responsibilities including reference, instruction, collection development, web design, and other core public service duties.
We will likely be doing on-campus interviews in December or January, and we would welcome feedback from Rosen faculty about the final candidates. We will be in touch with the details as we set up on-site interview times.
November Library Hours
Please note the following exceptions to our normal hours in the near future:

UWC Update
University Writing Center consultants continue to be available in the Rosen Library:
Students can visit http://uwc.cah.ucf.edu (and click on the TutorTrac logo) or call 407-823-2197 to set up an appointment. Walk-ins without appointments will also be helped, if availability permits. The UWC also offers remote consultations by phone, chat, or Adobe Connect.
In anticipation of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, this month we're presenting a cornucopia of new resources, a smorgasbord of new books and DVDs with something for just about everyone. Enjoy!
To discover more new materials, search the UCF Library Catalog.
