Joining the UCF Libraries in 1996 as a Reference & Instruction Librarian, I have moved to different roles and increasing responsibilities, including Coordinator of InfoSource, Acquisitions Librarian, Department Head of Acquisitions & Collection Services and now the Interim Associate Director of Collection Services & Resource Management. Having worked extensively in both public services and technical services, I am strongly committed to holistic and user-centered collections services to serve the diverse and growing UCF community.
I have been actively involved in library organizations, such as CALA, IFLA, ALA, and JCLC, to promote professional development, global collaboration, and diversity and inclusiveness in librarianship.
