Problems with paper jams, money loss, paper outages as well as issues with Knight Cash Loaders, or scanners should be reported to a staff member at the Print Zone Desk. No monetary refunds provided but staff members will troubleshoot issue and provide reimbursement prints of lost paid print jobs if necessary.

If no staff member available at the Print Zone, please see the LibTech Desk (2nd Floor, Fountain Entrance) for assistance. Patrons may also call the LibTech desk at 407-823-2384.
