About
As the UCF Business Librarian, Min’s mission is to support the research needs of students and faculty in the College of Business Administration (COBA). She provides research assistance, library instruction, and collection development for subject areas including Accounting, Management, Marketing, Real Estate, and Sport Business Management.
In addition to serving as the librarian liaison to COBA, Min also collaborates with campus units that provide support for international students and serves as the library’s primary contact with the Global UCF and UCF Global offices.
Min holds an MLIS from the University of British Columbia, Canada and an M.A. in Linguistics from the Beijing Language and Culture University, China.
What are your main job responsibilities?
Support the research needs of students and faculty in the College of Business Administration.
What is your favorite part of working at the library?
Connecting the students with the wonderful resources available at the UCF Libraries.
What does working at a library mean to you?
We are essential partners for teaching faculty in contributing to the academic success of our 66,000+ students.
Which four individuals, living or dead, would you like to eat dinner with the most?
My parents, my husband and my kids. Oops, there are five of them. Can my 5-year old son eat for free? 🙂
What is your favorite book?
“Fu Lei’s Family Letters” (Fu Lei is a renowned Chinese translator of Russian and French).
