Welcome to the University of Central Florida Libraries! Our mission is to provide information resources and services, facilities, and technology that support learning and teaching, research, creation of knowledge, intellectual growth, and enrichment of the academic experience. Our libraries and this website provide access to a rich collection of books, journals, electronic resources, media, and unique special collections. Our libraries also have helpful, knowledgeable library faculty and staff members who are dedicated to helping users find, evaluate, and interpret information. We encourage you to use this website often and to visit our libraries in person. We welcome questions, comments and suggestions.
The UCF University Libraries is administrated by the Director of Libraries with the Libraries’ Administrative Council, including five Directors who oversee Communication, Assessment & Public Relations; Administrative Services; Collections & Technical Services; Research, Education, & Engagement; and Information Technology & Digital Initiatives. Their offices are located in the John C. Hitt Library.
