How to Schedule a Class Visit
To schedule a class visit, please submit a request through the Special Collections & University Archives Instruction Request Form.
Special Collections can accommodate up to 50 students lecture style seating and 20-25 students table seating. Arrangements can be made for other class sizes. We ask that all class visits be scheduled at least two weeks in advance, however a month is preferred.
Course instructors are required to be present for class sessions with SCUA staff, but special circumstances can be accommodated. If you are unable to be present for your session, please notify SCUA staff as far in advance as possible.
