Gifts to the Bryant Endowment play a critical role in supporting the purchasing of rare and unique materials to add to the University of Central Florida Libraries’ Bryant West Indies Collection. Our generous donors support this collecting and the use of these materials for the study and teaching of the Caribbean. Recent acquisitions have included lithographs by Colin Garland; Devon House by Sydney McLaren; Titian by David Boxer; and Christ Triumphant by Jean Camille Nasson.
Building our endowment is of particular importance but friends can contribute to support a variety of priorities including the digitization of materials to contribute to the Digital Library of the Caribbean. dLoc is an initiative meant to facilitate access to difficult to acquire Caribbean information resources through innovative technology. Also possible is giving to support much needed conservation treatment for the Collection’s art and sculpture.
