- Any photography or video recording in the library must have prior authorization by Libraries Administration. Please email requests to libadmin@ucf.edu
- Request must be made at least 2 business days in advance.
- Photo and video is permitted on the 1st floor and in 2nd (main) floor cafe area.
- Refrain from filming the faces of library staff and students.
- Use of large photo or video equipment is prohibited. Use handheld camera equipment only.
- Please be respectful of patrons using the library and keep conversations low.
- Video recording by non student or groups outside of UCF needs approval from UCF Communications in addition to the approval from Libraries Administration. Call UCF Communications at 407-823-5828 to request permission for filming.
