Build Our Collections
Thank you for considering your role as a donor to the UCF Libraries Special Collections & University Archives. Support from our alumni, friends, and colleagues will ensure that Special Collections & University Archives continues to acquire, preserve, and maintain materials that document the history of FTU, UCF, and the Central Florida region. The main objective of Special Collections & University Archives is to support the research needs of UCF faculty, graduate and undergraduate students, and staff as well as scholars, educators at all levels, high school students, and the general public.
For additional information regarding ways you can support the Special Collections & University Archives, please contact the department by email or phone.
Help Build the Special Collections!
Special Collections welcomes donations of personal property such as manuscripts, works of art, and rare books. Items must enhance the collecting areas including African Americana, Caribbean history, Florida history, and tourism. If you or someone you know has collected materials in those areas to donate, please contact the Archivist for Special Collections.
If materials are brought to the library or department before speaking with the Archivist or Head of the Department, please fill out the Materials Receipt Form: Special Collections.
Help Build the University Archives!
As our charter and early faculty and staff turn to retirement, please help us preserve the University’s traditions by documenting the institutional memory of FTU and UCF. If you or someone you know was a part of the University community through administration, colleges, departments, institutes, centers, organizations, or involved with student life, please contact the Archivist for University Archives if you have collected materials to donate.
If materials are brought to the library or department before speaking with the Archivist or Head of the Department, please fill out the Materials Receipt Form: University Archives.
