The Open Scholarship unit helps the university community share, measure, and expand the impact of their teaching and research. Bringing together expertise in open knowledge and research impact, the unit supports more open, accessible, and collaborative ways of creating and sharing knowledge.
We work with researchers, faculty, and students to make scholarly and educational outputs more visible and impactful. We support compliance with institutional and funder open access policies, facilitate publishing in open access, foster responsible use of research metrics, and promote innovative approaches to teaching and learning through open practices. Our goal is to strengthen connections between research, learning, and society by promoting practices that increase access, transparency, and engagement.
Through workshops, consultations, and partnerships across campus, the Open Scholarship unit advances the principles of open scholarship and helps our community tell the story of their impact.
