We’re excited to announce that the UCF Library now has access to Springer-Nature’s extensive collection of academic journals. With thousands of peer-reviewed journals, eBooks, and reference works at your fingertips. Springer-Nature provides fast access to students and faculty.

Springer Nature is the reading platform of choice for researchers worldwide — it is the home to the world’s most influential journals and databases.

With fast access to journals, eBooks, reference works, and protocols, the platform provides users with peer-reviewed content across a vast range of subject disciplines.

As a UCF student or faculty member, you now have access to 39 high-demand Nature Journals! These are all available via Primo, the library databases page, or from the Springer-Nature databases link.

The Universal Orlando Foundation Library at UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management will permanently close on April 29, 2025, at 5pm as part of broader renovations to the Rosen College campus. While the physical space will no longer be available, library resources and support services will remain accessible to faculty, staff, and students.

In academic articles, the author’s opinions are often presented or portrayed as fact, making it difficult for readers to discern fact from interpretation. To recognize this difference, it is easiest to analyze an academic article by sections.

Today we’re celebrating our UCF’s boss of business, Min Tong. Min works as a Business Librarian in our Research Engagement department and is responsible for meeting the research needs of students and faculty in the College of Business Administration (COBA). Min also supports the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, the Blackstone Launchpad, and serves as the library’s primary contact with Global UCF. She is an invaluable asset to students and faculty alike; she is known for her thoroughness, patience, preparation, perceptiveness, and passion. Min embodies what it means to be a productive and efficient team member – she’s thoughtful and organized and gives that extra effort to sustain the services she provides. We sat down with Min to learn more about her and get a little bit of insight into the source of her dedication!
