The Rosen Library would like to thank the organization NACE at UCF for the donation of the book, Pairing with the Masters: A Definitive Guide to Food and Wine, in memory of the late Rosen College Professor Robert (Bob) Ashley. As Rosen's first-ever faculty member, Professor Ashley was known for his passion and dedication to teaching. Professor Ashley taught foodservice education at Rosen for nearly 30 years.
Rosen College Administration and faculty joined several NACE at UCF members for a brief book dedication in the library. For pictures of the book dedication, please see the Rosen Library's Facebook Page.

Need a ride to main campus? Take the shuttle provided by UCF Parking and Transportation Services. The shuttle makes several round trips each day, Monday through Thursday, from the Rosen College parking lot to the main campus near the Student Union and Classroom Building I.
Please note that the Summer schedule is different than the Spring/Fall schedule! Shuttles do not run during the break between the Spring and Summer Semesters.
