odbc_pconnect() [function.odbc-pconnect]: SQL error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Login timeout expired, SQL state S1T00 in SQLConnect

The issue was found in Main.php on line 103. This file was called by 404Error.php.
