Step 2: Orientation Session

Once the webcourse is completed, you’ll be provided information on how to book an in-person, 30-minute Studio Orientation session. During this session, you’ll walk through the studio with a LibTech employee and go over the following;

  • The equipment available in the three major areas of the studio.
  • Important safety protocols and rules.
  • Our Terms of Use.

Once your Orientation session is complete, you’ll be asked to complete a form stating you agree to our Terms of Use. The Studio Orientation MUST be completed before you can book further sessions on your own. The Orientation must only be completed once, before your first time using the Studio. However, at each subsequent session check-in, you will be asked to visit the LibTech desk to re-sign the form stating you agree to our Terms of Use.

Step 3: Booking A Session

Once you successfully complete the Production Studio Orientation, you will be provided information on how to book your first session. A quick form will accompany every booking you make to assess what areas, equipment, and backdrop colors you will need during your session. It’s very important to fill out this form accurately, so we can fully prepare the Studio for your session.
