Who can use the content: Current UCF students and employees can access the online collection on campus and off via OpenAthens by logging in with their UCF NID. Guests can use most licensed electronic resources by coming onsite and using a computer in a UCF library building. With the exception of retired faculty, former UCF employees, former students, and Alumni do not have off-campus access privileges.
Allowed uses: The majority of online resources offered by the Libraries have been licensed for the non-commercial, educational use by the University of Central Florida community. They are primarily intended for use supporting teaching, learning, and research.
Prohibited uses: Redistributing content; Automated or systematic searching and downloading; and Reselling and other commercial uses are prohibited. Copyright law, license agreements, the University’s policy on Use of Information Technology and Resources [PDF], and other laws and regulations apply.
