Services for Distance Learners
The UCF Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Department is committed to supporting the research of UCF online distance learners. If you have a question about a specific request, or need clarification about the following services, please contact our office.

Only students taking all online classes are considered distance learners.

| Description | UCF-owned articles and book chapters are scanned for electronic delivery through the ILLiad system. UCF-owned books are checked out to your library account and delivered delivered by mail to your home address. | Books and articles are located and requested from U.S. and some international libraries.
