The UCF Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Department is committed to supporting the research of UCF students and faculty members at all UCF campuses. Books and articles can be delivered to students, faculty and staff at the following campuses.

| Description | UCF-owned articles and book chapters are scanned for electronic delivery through the ILLiad system. UCF-owned books are checked out to your library account and delivered to the library at your selected campus. | Books and articles are located and requested from U.S. and some international libraries. Articles are delivered electronically through the ILLiad system, books are delivered to the library at your selected campus. |
| Delivery Time | Articles: 24 to 48 hours Books: 1 to 5 days (Items not located at UCF Main Campus are automatically requested via interlibrary loan.) |

| Renewals | UCF-owned books requested through Document Delivery may be renewed by logging into your library account. | One, at the discretion of the lending library (typically 2 weeks). Choose the “Request Renewal” tab within ILLiad. |
| Returns | Books may be returned to any UCF-affiliated campus, however you are responsible for all items until they return to the Main (Orlando) Campus. |
