Whether you teach a hospitality management or a general education course, we can help familiarize your students with the skills and resources they will need to conduct their research and to acquire basic information literacy skills.
New! We now offer self-paced, asynchronous Research Tutorials. These tutorials can be assigned to your students, and an accompanying quiz can be counted as a graded assignment. All you have to do is determine a due date for the quiz and how much credit you want to attach to it. We handle the rest, including grading the quizzes and returning them to you!
When you submit your request, we will assess whether a Tutorial or Face-to-Face session would be best for you and will be in touch with appropriate instructions or other follow-up.
Note:
We now require requests for Tutorials or library instruction be submitted prior to the start
of the semester. Doing so allows the librarians to plan accordingly, and it also allows
you to include the relevant information in your syllabus, which is particularly important
if you will be assigning a Tutorial as a graded assignment. We cannot guarantee that
we will be able to accommodate requests submitted after the start of the semester.
Please completely fill out the following form, and a librarian at the Rosen College campus library will contact you within two business days. If you need immediate confirmation or would like to find out more about our library instruction offerings, please call us at 407-903-8100 or visit us in person in the library.
