NACA Technical Reports Server provides full text reports (1917-1958) from the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA).  The National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 created NASA from NACA.

Networked Computer Science Technical Reports Library (NCSTRL) (pronounced "ancestral") is an international collection of computer science technical reports from CS departments and industrial and government research laboratories, made available for non-commercial and educational use.

SciTechResources.gov provides access to web portals & gateways, R&D publications, studies and current research.

Technical Reports (Univ of Colorado at Boulder) provides links for Dept of Defense (DoD), Dept of Energy (DOE), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Geological Survey, National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA), National Aeronautics & Space Administration (NASA), National Academy Press Reading Room, National Technical Information Service (NTIS), National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), and Office of Technology Assessment (OTA).

Technical Reports & Papers (Cornell Univ) makes available papers and technical reports from a variety of different disciplines: Computer Science (1968-present), Theory Center (1986-present), History and Theory of Machines & Mechanisms (2002-present), Library Papers & Preprints (2003-present), and Watershed Management (2004-present).

TRIS Online (Transportation Research Board) - The Transportation Research Information Services database provides more than 400,000 bibliographic records covering transportation research published in books, journal articles, technical reports and other media; coverage of Federal, state, local and association publications; coverage of the literature from the 1960s to the present, with some coverage of prior years; selected links to full text or sources of full text; links to the IRRD database for further coverage of international transportation; searching capability by author, title, subject.

Virtual Technical Reports Center (Univ of Maryland) - The Institutions listed here provide either full-text reports, or searchable extended abstracts of their technical reports on the World Wide Web. Because many institutions do not distinguish between technical reports and other types of research publications, this site also contains links to preprints, reprints, dissertations, theses, and research reports of all kinds.
