Accessibility Services

Users with disabilities are encouraged to ask library staff members for assistance or accommodation in using any library services. All staff working in public service areas of the library will accommodate any reasonable request from a patron with a disability. However, if more assistance is needed than can be provided on demand, an appointment for extended service should be arranged by contacting the reference desk at any campus library.

Library buildings are wheelchair accessible with mechanically operated entrance/exit doors. Reference librarians are available whenever the library is open for assistance with using library resources, including the online catalog and online databases, and will provide directional assistance for locating library materials. Librarians are also available virtually through Ask A Librarian. Computers in the open labs provide ZoomText and SnapRead.
