Later Years

After Dr. Millican retired as FTU's president in 1978, the Millican's stayed heavily involved in the university's growth. The Millican's developed friendships with all of the succeeding university presidents and their wives. Frances will always be remembered for her grace, class, insurmountable Southern charm and the perfect first 'First Lady'.
