Databases - To find articles from journals and magazines on your topic, or to find information about a company or industry, you may need to use one of UCF's many databases. For finding articles in journals/magazines on particular topics:

• Hospitality & Tourism Complete: Includes scholarly research and industry news relating to all areas of hospitality and tourism, with coverage from the 1960s to the present.
• Business Source Premier: Includes Beverage World and other major trade publications, as well as wine industry profiles for individual countries.
• ABI Inform: An extensive international business and management database, containing bibliographic citations, abstracts, and full-text from trade and scholarly articles. Full-text access is available for the International Journal of Wine Marketing, the Journal of Wine Research, and Wine Spectator.
• Mintel: Contains several research reports on the U.S. and European wine, beer and distilled spirits industries. Includes data on consumption, sales volume, and import and export volume.
