Sort It Out!
Instructions

Feel free to take as long as you'd like to complete the sort. It commonly takes 20-30 minutes, but more or less time is not a problem. And remember, it's not a test so there are no right or wrong answers! We're trying to find out how you conceptualize various services and features of Libraries Web.

Several people may work on the same sort at once.

The Terms:

• Look over the collection of terms and pick the ones you think should be links on the Libraries Web.
• Use blank slips to create any new terms for links you think should be on our web.
• If you encounter a term that is unfamiliar or unclear, mark the slip with a ?. You can also or write a new term that you think would be better.

Sorting:

• Work together to sort the slips into groups.
• No arguing allowed, but you can move a slip from where someone else put it.
• You can create a new copy of a term if you want it in more than one group.
• You do not have use all the slips.

Headings:

• Circle each group.
• Write a heading for each grouping.

Place Your Dots:

• Each person gets 5 dots.
• Place dots next to the terms you think are most important, useful, or your favorite.
• You can place more than one of your dots on a term.
