Watergate, the opening of China, the Vietnam War, the first televised presidential debate, even Spiro T. Agnew---all have an abiding influence on our present.
A helpful database, if you would like a shortcut: Biography in Context.
OK, Bunky, 'fess up---did you spend too much time at the beach this semester?
The UCF Libraries has some time-saving suggestions for pulling yourself together during the next few weeks and during the Thanksgiving Break. It all starts at the web site library.ucf.edu. Research guides link you to resources for your subject area and for some classes. Instruction modules and videos let you learn how to cite resources, use library services and get started on research, at any time, anywhere.
And if you don't know where to get started, or have a question, Ask A Librarian. Text, chat, email, phone or come in and speak with a real live librarian.
For those who would like to spend the holiday curing the problem, UCF's eBook titles include, The procrastinator's guide to success, The thief of time: philosophical essays on procrastination and other titles in print and online. Just take a look in the library catalog. Or check OneSearch to see some articles and books.
Plan to be at KRAM 4 the Exam, Monday, December 3, right here in the John C. Hitt Library.
Get it into gear....
