Dr. Brendan Lindsay, The Scourge of the "Squaw Man", 2/20 at 6.30 p.m.

Dr. Brendan Lindsay, author of Murder State, will be in the John C. Hitt Library this Thursday, February 20, as part of the Phi Alpha Theta National History Honor Society Distinguished Lecture Series.

Dr. Lindsay's presentation is The Scourge of the "Squaw Man": Fear of Racial Pollution as Justification for California's Nineteenth-Century Native American Genocide.

All are welcome: Thursday, February 20, Room 223, John C. Hitt Library, 6.30 p.m.

By the way, Murder State is at E78.C15L56, on the first floor of the John C. Hitt Library. If you are at a regional campus, simply request it through Interlibrary Loan and it will be sent to your campus.
