  • The following IRS publications may be available in the Government Documents Area of the UCF Library [US DOCS T 22...]:

    • Publication 1132 - Reproducible Copies of Federal Tax Forms and Instructions
    • Publication 1194 - Taxpayer Information Publications
  • Most local public libraries have reproducible copies of many of the tax forms. Orlando Public Library and all branches of the Orange County Library System have tax forms to copy, but are NOT distributing paper forms. Some post offices and other public libraries may have individual paper tax forms and instructions.

Where to File Your Individual Federal Tax Return

Florida residents, filing your own return, mail to:

The ZIP code varies depending on which form you are using and whether or not you are making a payment. No street address is needed, but a P.O. Box is needed for filing 1040ES and for making a payment with form 4868.

volunteers are available at various locations from February 1 to April 15.
VITA - Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program
VITA is aimed at those for whom paid assistance may be out of reach, those who are non-English speaking, persons with disabilities, those with a low income, the elderly, and other individuals with special needs.

  • Trained volunteers (VITA) from the UCF chapter of Beta Alpha Psi (National Honorary Accounting Fraternity) will be available on the UCF campus to provide assistance in preparing your tax returns through April 15.
  • Non-resident aliens should consult paid preparers because tax returns for non-resident aliens involve issues beyond the training of these volunteers.
