The UCF Library is a member of the Patent and Trademark Depository Library Program (PTDLP). There are eighty-three member libraries in the United States and Territories. The PTDLP is administered by the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The UCF Patent and Trademark Library is open to the public and has the resources needed to do preliminary patent and trademark research. The library's extensive collection includes resources dating to 1790 for historical patent and trademark research.
