Citation Management Options

The two most popular products are Endnote and RefWorks. Both have similar features. EndNote also has a version available online, EndNote Web.

Citation management programs help researchers:

• Collect citations from online sources, including library catalogs, electronic databases, and Google Scholar just to name a few.
• Organize references by subject, project, author, or other schemes
• Create bibliographies and in-text citations formatted according to MLA, APA, or other widely used citation styles.

All UCF students and faculty may register online or download the programs. You must have a recognized UCF IP to download the program. Use the Proxy to get a UCF IP from off campus.
