As Head of Regional Campus Libraries, Cynthia Kisby works with UCF’s college partner librarians and UCF librarians to facilitate access to the university’s resources and services for remote students. She came to UCF in 1996 to coordinate mediated online searching before there was a Web user interface. She has coordinated library instruction and staff development, and still serves as part time Personnel Librarian. Cynthia’s interest in motivation in the workplace lead to many fun and practical presentations and a few scholarly articles. She has served on the UCF Faculty Senate and is active in the Florida Library Association.
