New Services to Persons with Disabilities
The Interlibrary Loan department has launched a pilot project
to assist UCF students, faculty and staff with disabilities
that prevent them from accessing library resources. Once
disabled patrons are registered with ILLiad, the online
interlibrary loan request Web page, they may request articles
and books from any computer 24 hours a day. Requested
books and photocopies of requested articles are shipped to
the patron's home via expedited mail service with an average
turnaround time of one to two days.

community. Access to these resources, which includes periodicals,
newspapers, online databases and books, is crucial to the success of our
current student body. Your consideration of a tax-deductible
gift to the UCF Libraries is sincerely appreciated.
