the Education Building on the UCF main campus in Orlando.

Hospitality Management) Provides a unique collection of materials in support of the
Hospitality Management program at the Rosen College campus.
The library just got a little
greener! All printers can now duplex print to save paper and
trees. Only 8¢ per side.

You can now print from your laptop! Sign in with your NID and print wirelessly in the
library or choose other sites on campus such as the tech commons.@print.tech
commons.ucf.edu.
Printing from Library Computers Using the Print Stations
Most of public computers in the John C. Hitt Library print to Print
Stations on the second and third floors.
How to print:

From the computer, select document(s) to print as usual. In most programs, click the
printer icon
or select Print on the File menu. For Microsoft products
click the Microsoft Office Button

and then click Print.

PDFs. To select the color printer, be sure to click <File>,
<Print>, then choose the color printer before sending the print job.
Enter a name for the print job (initials work fine in most cases) and click <OK>. You can send multiple documents to the printer before going to the Print Station
to retrieve them.
Go to any Print Station.
Slide your UCF ID or Copy Card through the reader on the right side of the computer
monitor.
Your password is the last four digits of your PID.
Select your print job (on the computer monitor by the printer) and click <Print> or
<Delete> (if you no longer want the print).
Repeat to print additional papers.
The exact cost of the print job, the number of pages in the document, and the balance
on the copy card will display.
